1. Shipping Methods
We offer tracked and insured flat-rate shipping to both West and East Malaysia for RM8 and RM15 respectively, with plans to expand to other countries in the South East Asia Region by Q2 2025. The available methods will be displayed at checkout.
2. Large Orders
We consider large orders as orders that cannot fit into a standard bubble mailer.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. You will see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location. Typically, West Malaysian addresses take 1-3 days in transit, and East Malaysian addresses can take up to 5 days to arrive. Please consult the tracking information for further details.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
5. International Shipping
We currently only offer shipping within Malaysia. We are planning to begin shipping internationally in Q2 2025.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure both parties meet an agreement.
